Method

    Add the cashew or almond milk, frozen blueberries and raspberries to the blender.

    Add a teaspoon of maple syrup and a few ice cubes.

    Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth. Leave a few minutes for the chia to thicken if you like it fuller.
